About IURIS Group

In the early 90s, IURIS was one of the first companies which started its operation on the Slovak real estate market. We have commenced our activities with a vision thanks to which now IURIS is an important player on the local real estate market. IURIS is a strong, courteous and credible partner for our customers.

Currently, IURIS Group offers complex services on the real estate market. The portfolio of our activities encompasses purchase, sale, rental and development of a wide range of real estate segments – appartments, family houses, plots of land, offices, retail, industrial, logistics or mixed premises or buildings. Our group offers elaborating analyses and studies, appraisal of real estates, recommendation on the sale, rental or financing structure of real estates, including legal and tax consulting.

These subsidiaries belong to the parent company IURIS Group, a.s.:

• IURIS, s.r.o. which conducts real estate agency and consulting activities
• IURIS Invest, s.r.o. which conducts and coordinates activities connected with real estate investment and development projects of the IURIS Group.
