The company IURIS is active in the real-estate market and offers extensive services for residential and non-residential projects, administrative activities, rental, purchase and sale for commercial premises, elaborating analyses, appraisal of real estate properties, recommendation of the most suitable form of sale or rental. New positions are offered on a regular basis. - Real-estate agent
Primarily responsible for activities leading to obtaining and realizing contracts, purchase and rental of real estate properties. A real-estate agent constantly searches for interested parties, organizes negotiations with those parties about closing contracts, prepares and obtains documents needed for closing contracts and conducts the realization of those contracts.
- Project Manager:
Is responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including the initial project preparation and final signing of the contract and acceptance certificate. A project manager must also have a an active and engaging relationship with tenants. During the project it is necessary to obtain permits which are drafted by our specialists for construction and engineering.
