IURIS GROUP, a.s.

The administrative centre Petržalka is a pair of modern administrative buildings on the street Röntgenova ulica. It has advantageous position - it is 2,000 metres from the historical centre of Bratislava and near the railway station in Petržalka. Except of the underground floor the building consists of 6 above-ground floors. Each floor has leaseable area 660 m2. The offices are designed as flexible large-volume premises with possibility of additional adjustments. There is a server room on each floor. Two lifts in glassed-in shafts are placed in a vertical core with opened stairs.
