IURIS GROUP, a.s.

The complex encompasses the following objects and land plots: Administrative building part B – the three-storey object underwent complete reconstruction in 2001. It consists of one underground and two overground storeys. The useful area is ca. 553 m2. Administrative building part A - serves as a welfare-business building with garages. A two-storey object with the total useful area ca. 530 m2. The whole complex is connected to the drinking water distribution system, sewer, gas distribution system and power distribution system. It is situated in the wider centre of the town of Žiar nad Hronom. The total surface area of the plots belonging to the complex is 1,508 m2. Should the complex be sold , the seller reserves the right to rent back part of the complex, which shall be specified.
