Object of sale is a gas boiler room with installed technological equipment. Originally, the boiler room was used for heating 24 flats, the neighbouring kindergarten building, and the Municipal Office. At the moment, the boiler room is out of operation. It is a one-storey property made from bricks, with concrete foundations. It is 23 years old. Structure of the property: main room with three gas boilers, expansion container, warm water container, distribution of heating water, electrical horizontal pumps etc. In the other part of the property, there are corridors, electrical distribution center, operation center, social rooms (shower, toilet). In a separate room, there is a gas control station. The load-bearing masonry is made of concrete blocks, ceiling is made of pre-stressed concrete.
