Specific requirements: - protection zone of the motorway – 50/100 meters – has to be respected Gas: gas distribution station - high pressure / middle pressure 2200 m3 and gas connection (high pressure) DN 50 mm with gas distribution lines (middle pressure) must be constructed; At this time the gas line is led through neighbouring plots Water: the property can be connected to the existing water-main DN 150 for which a connection line of approx. 1,5 km has to be constructed Sewage: no sewage connection; according to the territorial plan, a new waste water treatment plant with the connection to the recipient (Šúrsky kanál) has to be built Electrical power: the location can be connected to the existing electrical lines which are situated in the respective location; these lines have to be strengthened.
