    Pri Mlynoch – Construction Update (2)

    We are pleased to inform you of the smooth progress of construction work on our project.

    Following the successful completion of the foundation slab and vertical load-bearing structures on the 2nd underground floor, we have moved to the next technological stage.

    Currently, we have commenced the concreting of the ceiling slab over the 2nd underground floor. Concurrently, construction teams have advanced to the level above—on the 1st underground floor, intensive work is already underway on reinforcement, formwork installation, and the concreting of internal columns and load-bearing walls.

    We are maintaining a steady pace, and construction works are progressing in accordance with the schedule.

    Pri Mlynoch – Construction Update

    12. 5. 2026

    We have successfully completed the key foundation stages at the Pri Mlynoch construction site. Although these works are less visible from the street, they are progressing with great intensity.

    Following the completion of all piling and the excavation shoring, we secured the walls with anchoring to achieve full watertightness. We are currently working below the groundwater level, where we are meticulously installing the substructure waterproofing. We are now heading towards the final step of this phase – pouring the foundation slab, which will serve as the solid pillar of the entire project.

    Pri Mlynoch has commenced construction work.

    The construction of the project started with the excavation and stabilization of the construction pit in the 41st week, based on a valid building permit for these parts of the project.

    The execution of the construction pit and special foundation works is expected to take 5-6 months, with the foundational slab and superstructure planned to follow in February/March 2025.

    Currently, a selection process is underway to choose the main contractor for the construction.

    N!DO is getting a new phase

    4. 9. 2025

    The third phase of the N!DO project is gradually becoming a reality.

    There are currently ongoing discussions regarding the layout ot he mass and architectural continuity with the previous phases, utilizing similar architectural elements. The project is being led by Ateliér Grido architects together with the Pantograph studio.
    The anticipated start of construction could be in 2027.
