The construction of the project started with the excavation and stabilization of the construction pit in the 41st week, based on a valid building permit for these parts of the project.

The execution of the construction pit and special foundation works is expected to take 5-6 months, with the foundational slab and superstructure planned to follow in February/March 2026.

Currently, a selection process is underway to choose the main contractor for the construction.
