Three structures of flats, consisting of 114 flats and one apartment, with a total area of ​ 13,558 m².

NIDO 1 is the first phase of an integrated series of residential buildings on the corner of Tomášikova Street and Trnavská cesta in Bratislava, where a new, wider center of Bratislava is beginning to form.

The organic substance of the design was transformed into purely rectangular shapes and precise details - the main source of its unusual character. 

The first phase of the project received the CEZAAR award in 2019.
