NIDO 2 is the second phase of a successful project in Bratislava at Kuchajda Lake, the implementation of which will complete the work of designer arch. Peter Sticzay Gromsky in terms of composition and usability.

The second phase moves the project to a higher quality level, thus fulfilling the firm's priorities of quality and client satisfaction. In addition to the ninety-nine apartments, some of which have already been put on sale, the project includes administrative and commercial spaces intended for long-term rent. Due to their location and size, these spaces will form a natural noise barrier for the apartment users, separating them from a busy intersection, thus providing pleasingly comfortable accommodation and living in the wider center of Bratislava.
