Office building and company headquarters with a total area of 2,150 m². 

IURIS HOUSE is located on one of the most beautiful and best-preserved streets in old Bratislava. 

This project was to be a sensitive reconstruction of the original - listed, dilapidated, long and narrow house in the Old Town zone. It was designed and executed in such a way as to create a combination of the original and the new, both modern, and with accessible parking.

The building was nominated for the CONSTRUCTION OF THE YEAR 2006 Award and won the STU Faculty of Civil Engineering Award in Bratislava for the application of knowledge of science and technology in the realisation of a construction project.
