Multifunctional complex with a total area of 21,523.50 m², divided across 160 flats, 612 m² of office space and a 440 m² retail area.

The complex is a true reflection of its ‘octopus’ name. It literally winds around the perimeter of the plot, leaving room for a green atrium at its centre. The Green Cube, located at the level of the seventh floor, hosts three trees and is a form of reprise of the inner garden on the outer façade.

The project won the Dušan Jurkovič Award in 2007.
